Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Sprout ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

Use of the App

Sprout is a meal planning and recipe platform. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Distribute, license, or sell the App or any content within it.
• Upload content that is harmful, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure or other users' experience.

Accounts

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

SMS Verification Codes

If you opt in to phone-number sign-in, you consent to receive transactional text messages from Sprout Cooking for account sign-in and verification codes. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Standard message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

SMS verification messages are not marketing messages, and consent to receive them is not a condition of purchase. We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent information with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

User Content

You retain ownership of content you create within Sprout, including recipes, meal plans, grocery lists, and notes. Sprout may store, process, and display that content back to you. The customer app does not currently provide controls to create or import public recipe publications. If those controls become available and you intentionally create a publication, Sprout may display its recipe snapshot at the resulting link. Content is not published to a public community feed.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and branding, is owned by Sprout Joy LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the App without our written permission.

Health Disclaimer

Sprout provides general wellness and nutritional information for informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making dietary or health-related decisions.

Limitation of Liability

Sprout is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sprout Joy LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the App. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App. Your continued use of Sprout after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
